Areas of Focus

Holger Wenning advises companies and executives in all areas of employment and labour law. He represents his clients nationwide, both in and out of court. The focus of his activity is handling dismissal cases, providing ongoing advice to companies on labour law issues, and drafting employment and termination agreements.

Holger Wenning has particular expertise when it comes to providing legal advice in connection with restructurings, including headcount reductions and transfers of businesses and undertakings, as well as questions pertaining to works constitution law (works council co-determination, drafting of works agreements). He also deals with performance-based compensation models and questions relating to freelance workers.
